The costs involved in Property Management depend on many factors. We offer customized services, so you can pick and choose the services you want for each of your properties.
No. Our full management package manages occupancy and the booking collection commission only takes place when we collect bookings, meaning you won’t be charged any extra fees and/or commission if your property is vacant.
Yes. Offering a wide range of services, we can assure your property will be taken care of, resulting in a stress-free management.
General property inspections happen right after guest check-out, although a detailed property inspection is conducted every 4 months.

We use industrial grade products, which are certified for high quality, safety and are very efficient.

We would be happy to provide an estimated quote, although to understand your needs and inspect the property condition and provide a more accurate quote we would need to be able to visit your property/home first.
There is no need for you to be home when the cleaning happens, although we would need access instructions.
We have many clients with pets. We will always follow your instructions assuring your house and your pet is safe at all times.
Yes, we have liability insurance in case of any accident/damages caused by any of our team members
You can cancel or reschedule your clean 24 hours prior to your original booking date through the phone 03-974-9801.
We service customers in a ratio of 15km from our office. We do not charge travel fees for services in the following suburbs: Queenstown (Centre), Fernhill, Sunshine Bay, Arthurs Point, Hanleys Farm, Jacks Point, Frankton, Dalefiel, Speargrass Flats, Shotover Country, Lake Hayes Estate and Arrowtown.
We are proud to offer the highest quality services and our main goal is customer satisfaction, so we could send the team back or get one of our managers to check how we can meet your expectations and assure complete satisfaction.

All services are invoiced to you within 72h of the job completion.

We operate from 8am to 5pm. You can choose available spots within this time to suit your schedule.

If any damage happens, the team supervisor will report it immediately to the manager who will provide assistance with repair or replacement.

Services performed on a public holiday will attract a 50% surcharge.

Yes, if you have specific requirements or instructions our team needs to follow, we will happily execute as instructed by you.
